About this demonstration

Crestview Heights Academy is fictional. Crafted Preview receives the details submitted through this demo. Use test pupil information; do not submit sensitive documents.

What we store

Your contact details, pupil name and age, requested class, optional visit date and message, consent, request reference, status and relevant email delivery logs. A daily hashed network identifier helps limit spam.

Why we store it

To demonstrate and respond to your visit enquiry, administer this demo, and protect the service against abuse. Invitation emails are only sent when an authorized administrator confirms them and a verified sending provider is configured.

Access and retention

Visit requests are restricted to the authorized administrator. Demo enquiries are deleted after 90 days on the next system activity; contact us to request earlier deletion. Records are not used for school enrolment or sold.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@craftedpreview.com with your request reference. Essential platform authentication cookies may be used for administrator access. No advertising tracking is included.
